By accessing and using the services provided by Samvik Research Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our research consultancy services, website, and any related platforms.

Samvik Research Solutions provides academic research support services including but not limited to: • PhD thesis assistance and editing assistance • Research paper development and refinement • Journal publication support and guidance • Statistical data analysis (SPSS, R, Python) • Synopsis and proposal assistance • Plagiarism checking and originality reports • Literature review assistance • Proofreading and formatting services All services are provided as educational support and guidance. The final academic work submitted to institutions must be the student's own work.

Our services are designed to assist and guide students in their academic journey. We provide: • Research guidance and methodological support • Assistance samples and reference materials • Editing and proofreading assistance • Statistical analysis and interpretation Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies. Work provided is intended as a reference and learning tool, not for direct submission as the client's own work without proper attribution and modification.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified • Payment is required as per the agreed milestone schedule • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards • Prices may vary based on project complexity, length, and urgency • Custom quotes are provided after initial consultation • Advance payment of 30-50% is required to commence work • Balance payment is due upon delivery of the final work

• We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original requirements • Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery • Changes to the original scope may incur additional charges • Major structural changes after approval will be treated as new requirements • Revisions are typically processed within 3-7 business days • Communication should be through official channels only

• Upon full payment, the delivered work becomes the client's property • We retain no ownership or rights to the delivered academic work • Our proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies remain our intellectual property • Clients may not resell or redistribute the delivered work • All original research and assistance is created specifically for each client • We guarantee that delivered work is not resold to other clients

Clients agree not to: • Submit our work directly as their own to academic institutions • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties • Use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes • Misrepresent the nature of our services to third parties • Engage in harassment or abusive behavior towards our staff • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems • Use automated systems to access our services

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service • We are not responsible for academic outcomes or institutional decisions • We do not guarantee acceptance of papers by journals or universities • Delays caused by client non-response are not our responsibility • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Force majeure events excuse performance obligations • Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India
